Our standard websites take roughly 20 days to create. Our E-trade (online store) websites take around 35 days to create. This time will differ from project to project

If you need to cancel your order, you can do so directly in the Customer Area under “Order Overview”.

A cancellation of your order is generally possible before it is dispatched. We will need to charge you for any time and materials we’ve used up to the point of cancellation, therefore the sooner you cancel your order, the less it will cost. A small charge will apply if we’ve already processed your artwork and created your demanded proof.

Attention: We strongly recommend you do cancellations via your customer area. A cancellation via email, telephone or fax cannot be accepted. Please note that your legal right to revoke is not effected.

When we initiate and agreed on money back agreement, Our finance will initiate the process which takes at least 6 to 8 working days to refund in your credit or PayPal account. Refund policy will not be effective if any of the following events occur,

  • If you have purchased our promotional packages or discounted offers then you will not be allowed to claim 100% money back.
  • If you already approved our logo design concept then you will not be allowed to claim the money.
  • If you hire another company at the same time when we are working on your logo design then you will not be entitled to claim a refund.
  • If you have approved more than 3 drafts of your logo package then you will not be entitled to request a refund.
  • If the logo project canceled for an irrelevant reason by mediabrandgroup.com
  • If you have purchased any custom logo packages and unable to communicate with us within 6 weeks.
  • If there is any misbehave or misconduct in communication with the project manager. The company will not give you a 100% refund.
